Main functions performed:
- Technological blocking of the boiler start-up if the necessary conditions for start-up are not met.
- Automatic start-up of the boiler with step-by-step execution of all necessary technological operations (ventilation of the furnace, checking of gas valves for tightness, gas ignition, etc.) until the boiler enters the operating mode.
- Protective stop of the boiler with the gas valves closed, to stop the gas supply to the burner, at any stage of the boiler start-up or in operating mode, if any malfunction or violation of the technological regime is detected.
- Maintaining the set water temperature at the boiler outlet by changing the burner power (reducing or increasing the gas flow to the burner).
- Maintaining the specified vacuum in the boiler furnace.
- Display of warning or emergency text messages on the control unit display.
- Transmission of emergency parameters to the remote alarm panel.
